This is where you put your "Prompt" or what you want your ChatBot to do and Know. (see below for more help with this.
Maximum reply length
Depending on the goal of the ChatBot, you may want to make this longer. keep in mind, longer responses require your customer to scroll up to read the whole thing.

If you have ever used AI before, your Business Context is much like a 'Prompt'.
It is the 'Training Manual' for your ChatBot.
You want your Chatbot to know 2 things:
- What it's role is
- What information you want it to know.
Simple Template for Business Context:
"Your role is to [Generate leads, answer FAQs, do customer service, etc...] for a local [product/service].
Here is all the information about the business: [enter information, or copy and paste it from your website."
