1) Status
You can enable or disable your chatbot.

4) Email for Notification
Enter any email to receive a notification of each new lead from the ChatBot.
A new lead occurs anytime you ask for Email or use the 'Save' Element
5) Zapier Webhook URL.
Send your new leads to Zapier. More training coming soon.
6) Make Webhook URL
Send your new leads to Make. More training coming soon.
7) Domain Whitelist (comma-seperated)
If you want to make sure your chatbot only appears on certain domain names, enter them here.
8) Responses
Check the box if you do not want to save any of the responses.
9) Conversation Cache
This is how long it takes after some leaves the website for the chatbot to reset. If they come back before this time is over, they chatbot will resume where it was. If they come back after this time, the chatbot will start from the beginning.
10) Branding
This determines if the 'PufferChat' logo is displayed on your chatbot. Some plans may require you leave this checked.
11) Notification Badge
This shows the little number "1" on the chat bubble on your site (showing website visitors they have a message waiting..)
12) MailChimp API Key
Send your new leads directly to MailChimp. More training coming soon.
13) Klaviyo API Key
Send your new leads to Klaviyo. More training coming soon.
14) Internationalism
Here, you can change the basic defaults. This is helpful if you want your chatbot to be in other languages.
